Microsoft took the time, and to support Windows Live Spaces (formerly MSN Spaces), the needed a Desktop bloggin tool, and finally they released one.

Windows Live Writer is in Beta, but the tool looks good and simple user, as far as i had used it. So we have another choice

Share and Enjoy: These icons link to social bookmarking sites where readers can share and discover new web pages.
